Our Services - Hypervibe training

Launching Vibration Plate training at Back in Motion is another example of how we are always trying to push boundaries and give patients the best medical technology that is on offer to get you Back in Motion quicker and stronger.

Back in Motion uses Hypervibe whole body vibration plates to transform the quality of your movement. Hypervibe machines at Back in Motion studios are commercial grade machines with the ability to work you within the right frequency of vibration, researched to have therapeutic benefit. Many health gym vibration machines and cheaper more domestic machines do not have the range of frequency or the medical evidence to prove therapeutic change. Hypervibe machines create enough G force through the body to stimulate therapeutic change in our bones and soft tissues.

Suitable for the following conditions:

Back Pain

Long term chronic pain such as Fibromyalgia

Balance problems

To aid recovery for all musculoskeletal injuries

Hypervibe's moving platform creates a repetitive upward movement of the platform sending pulses of kinetic energy up through your body, increasing the gravitational force coming up through your feet leading to a number of benefits including:

Improved Core stability - through activation of the fusimotor system in the brain, which enhances posture and balance

Effectiveness in improving bone density which has recently been demonstrated with evidence based research

Pain gating effect - the vibration activates the mechanoreceptors that inhibit pain

Co-contraction - during functional movements, muscles around targeted joints work simultaneously to produce unrivalled stability whilst performing functional movement patterns

Maximum gains in minimal time - 10 minutes of vibration equates to about 1 hour of equivalent exercise

Relaxation effect on tight overactive muscle

Huge circulation/lymphatic improvement - through warming and massaging effects
