Mary has been absolutely incredible .After 2 sessions I was able to walk without pain and my pelvis and lower back are much improved .Mary was professional and really kind as I was struggling with lost mobility. The exercises she has set have really met my needs and I can now walk with no pain She adjusted the exercises to take account is secondary issues with my knee and provided videos to follow which was incredibly helpful I can't recommend her enough

Fantastic experience and engagement from the Physio. Without the support of the Physiotherapist we would not of got a referal for my daughter which supported a hospital appointment and a diagnosis. I would HIGHLY reccomend Back in Motion. I suffered for 8+ years with a condition and then had a major operation to correct it. I lost all confidence in how to move and use my body safely and comfortably. The calm, knowledgeable, friendly and careful handling by all the staff, but particularly Aimee has meant that I have regained confidence and in turn fitness. I have used Back In Motion for two courses of physiotherapy treatment over the past couple of years for an Achilles Tendinitis problem; the most recent was during the past couple of months.
I find this company to be very professional and also very friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through their door. I would particularly like to mention Salman Abedi who was my most recent physiotherapist at Back In Motion. He was outstanding, and I would even go as far as to say, he was the best physiotherapist I have ever had. I can highly recommend him and Back In Motion.

Dan gave me an hour sports massage and when I tell you I came out of it feeling completely different. It was amazing. I would highly recommend that to anyone that has some sort of problem. My neck and shoulders haven't felt this relaxed in years. And to top it all off, it was so good and I was so relaxed after that I proceeded to sleep for 3 hours

From the very beginning everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I have had physio with Simran, who worked hard to achieve the best outcomes and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to include Gemma, who again explainedevery step in a friendly way but worked with me and not just told what to do. Communication is excellent even to just phoning to check how I was doing between appointments. I have also had a massage with Ailish, she read my history and explained everything she did and how it relates to another part of the body or why it was under stress. All in all this has been the most positive couple of mo the I have had after being under the hospital before and feeling I was getting no where. I now feel there is an end to the pain I’m going through and it is thanks to the team in spriwston
